Set over three levels of pure luxury the Library has a selection of exquisite function areas suited to any special occasion. Seamlessly blending the finest elements of bars, clubs and lounges, each area has been meticulously crafted with striking decor and distinctive features to create a unique atmosphere which oozes glamour and fun. This combined with the state of the art lighting and sound makes the Library the perfect venue for your next party whether it is an intimate party of 10 or a large scale corporate event.
TYPES OF FUNCTIONS
Exclusive*
- An exclusive room with a private bar for you and your guests to enjoy from 8pm until 11pm;
- Function priced drinks at your private bar for the duration of your function;
- Free VIP entry for you and your guests before 11pm;
- Wrist tags on arrival to identify your guests;
- Free invitation template; and
- Additional extras available on request including catering options, beverage options, audio & visual equipment and decorations and theming.

Non-exclusive
- A bar allocated to you and your guests non-exclusively (bar shared with the general public) from 8pm until 11pm;
- Function priced drinks at your allocated bar for the duration of your function;
- Free VIP entry for you and your guests before 11pm
- Wrist tags on arrival to identify your guests
- Additional extras available on request including catering options and beverage options.
FUNCTION AREAS AVAILABLE
The Ballroom
Encompassing it's own large dance floor, DJ facilities, private bar and intimate booths, the Ballroom is the ultimate function location for that special birthday. Located on the second level, the surrounds of classical furnishings with an antique bookcase, grand chandeliers and state of the art lighting make the Ballroom the place to be. Available for exclusive functions.
The Study
Located on the third level, the Study is an ideal function location with private bar and tranquil booths. Enjoy the intimacy of your own exclusive area with the ability to peep through and feel the vibe from the dance floor. Available for exclusive functions.
The Conservatory
Fusing together elegance and style be taken back by the surroundings and extravagant decor including a gazebo, serene water feature and a high dome ceiling. The Conservatory with its cosy benched areas and plush timber bar provides the ultimate area for cocktail party. Available for non-exclusive functions.
The Lodge
Be mesmerised by the ambience of the fireplace, exquisite Swarvski Crystal display and feature mood lighting. Reserved for your guest the Lodge provides the perfect nesting area for all those special occasions. Available for non-exclusive functions.
The Golden Booth
Located adjacent to the large gazebo this divine gold bench couch provides the ideal location for an intimate group. Reserved for your guests, enjoy the VIP treatment of the Golden Booth. Available for non-exclusive functions
The Lounge
Located downstairs, the Lounge features a set of luxurious booths, antique books and historic artefacts. Complete with featured lighting and crystals, the Lounge is truly a party destination. Available for non-exclusive functions.
